Vertigo help? |
I was diagnosed with vertigo although it is not said to be very severe but it is really starting to get to me. When I go to bed at night if I lay on the one side the whole room will start to spin making me sick to my stomach. Any suggestions or proven things that help with this besides not laying on that side?? Try a web search for vertigo + "natural remedies". Do you feel vertigo only at nights? Do you take any meds? Is your dizziness related to darkness/light of the place? |
