Vertigo and dizzy spells?

My man has been having problems with vertigo and dizzy spells since he was injured on the job. His DR prescribed him meds but now he has no desire to be intimate and cant get it up or perform..... even after internet porn. We had no problems before the meds. I tell him to talk to the Dr about it but since it isnt concerning the dizzy issue the med insurance wont cover the DR visit since its under workers comp. He will see the DR in a couple of weeks anyways for a check up and then he can talk about the no feeling problem but until then..... What is something we can do to help get him aroused? Will he always have to be on meds for the dizzy spells or will it eventually go away?

it's called "orthostatic hypotension" when you stand up suddenly and there is temporary drop in blood pressure. Does he check his BP often? BP meds can also cause impotence but not loss of libido. Your doctor can explore areas that may be problems...
