Im starting to get vertigo and was just wondering do i have a tense neck becuase of the vertigo or is my?

tense neck causing the vertigo?

i dont have any pain in my ears which would signal an ear infection but i had an ear infection before without any ear pains

Your questions a bit confusing, but I'll try to help the best I can.
I'm pretty sure having a tense neck is not because of vertigo.
The usual vertigo symptoms are nausea, vomiting, and involuntary eye movements.
Vertigo is most often caused by problems in the brain or the inner ear.

You don't have to have pain in your ears for you to have an inner ear problem. Try an ENT MD.

I don't think a tense neck would cause vertigo...I know it can cause headaches or pain radiating down to your shoulder.

Good luck vertigo is not fun.
