Experiencing Vertigo when doing Yoga? |
Hi all, Congratulations on the start of your practice! No, it isn't normal to have that kind of experience but it could have happened for a number of reasons. It's happened to me when I went to yoga and had skipped breakfast(even though it should be done on an empty stomach). If it happens again it would probably be a good idea to see your doctor. At least you are aware of it now. Don't stop yoga though, you will love it and find many benefits! Namaste Dear never got that while doing yoga. How low . . . . how low? You're at a place called vertigo. . |
