I have vertigo sometimes, like when I'm laying on a bed.. or sometimes during the day, too. Vertigo is usually related to the ear canals or a neurological disorder.Also, might have to do with your sinuses. I LOVE that song! |

This sounds like postional vertigo. Not that it is recurrent but it may not have gone away. It is associated with head injuries.
