okay i had some of the spice tumeric before but not as much as i did this time and now i have a headache and vertigo is this intolorence or allergic reaction? its been about an hour since it happened and its not as bad will it go away on its own? now its been 2 hours and still feel like crap It's difficult to tell from my stand point whether or not the Turmeric is directly responsible for your symptoms. In order to figure it out on your own, try taking it again and see if the symptoms return, if so your body just may not be reacting to it well. It doesn't necessarily mean you're allergic to it, everyone reacts differently to substances. |
