Is there such a thing as a portable ventilator w/b-pap, that has automatic suction?

Is there such a thing as a portable ventilator w/b-pap, that has automatic suction?

A BiPap is a ventilator, technically. It's non-invasive, meaning it's used with a mask strapped to the face.

A portable ventilator is the type that is attached to an artificial airway, i.e., a trach tube. You can get an in-line suction catheter, but it's usually used in hospitals. It's not automatic; you advance the catheter and apply the suction.

I have been a respiratory therapist for 11 yrs. and never heard of a portable vent with bipap and automatic suction. I know you can get all 3 of those components separately, but not together that I am aware of.
