I don't think it will cause cancer but it could cause your pregnancy. Yes there are some STD's that can lead to both cancer and infertility.

Sexually Transmitted Disease STD's are infections that people get from having sex with people that have one. You can get an STD's from having sex just once. You can get the same STD's more than once. You can have more than one STD's at one time. The only sure way to protect yourself from STD's is not to have sex. But there are way to decrease your risk, knowing how to use condoms and using them all the time, having a monogamous relationship and knowing your partner.
Most STD's can make you sterile (unable to have children). They can also cause birth defects or disease in babies. Some STD's are painful and a few can kill you. Most STD's, like syphilis or gonorrhea, can be cured if treated right away. Others, like AIDS or herpes, cannot be cured. You can decrease your chance of getting an STD by PROPERLY using a condom and spermicidal foam.
Human Papilloma Virus: The human papilloma virus is thought to be one of the main causes of cervical cancer. It has also been linked with other types of cancers of the female reproductive system. While HPV can be treated to reduce the signs and symptoms, there is currently no cure for this virus.
Herpes Virus: Herpes is another STD that presently has no cure. However, treatment is available and there are a number of things you can do yourself at home to help relieve your genital herpes. Most of these are serious. They have dangerous consequences and need medical care. STDs and STIs can make you unable to have children, cause birth defects, and increase your chances of getting cancer. For women, pelvic inflammatory disease and yeast infections that keep coming back can be early signs of HIV infection. And AIDS, hepatitis B & C, and syphilis can kill.
You may not have all of these symptoms or you may have other symptoms, like abdominal pain. Women often have no symptoms, so it's important to have a pelvic exam every year.
