Veins bulge more and more as i weight lift.?

about a year or so ago my veins never bulged. now, I am seeing veins on my arms that i never knew existed. I got little tiny veins around my larger veins. My large veins are plainly large. It looks like all the veins in my body just rise to my skin. What is going on? Is it good or bad? Am I becoming healthier?

I am not sure you are becoming healthier but you are becoming leaner, meaning dropping body fat and adding muscle.

My professional trainer taught me that "vascularity" is a good sign of losing body fat. Your individual veins are more pronounced when they are not covered by body fat.

Sounds like you are lifting too much. You probably look like one of those hulking freaks.
