The veins in my wrist hurt?

For about 2 weeks, the veins in my wrists have been hurting. Like, it happens only every few hours, but they start pulsating slightly and then they get sore. If I turn my wrists arond to look at the veins, I can see that the veins are more prominent and stick out more when they are hurting. I haven't done volleyball in gym class for about 4 weeks. Why are my veins hurting? And what should I do?

Might be Carpal Tunnel.
