Veins ''pop'' Please answer!? |
My mum told me that when your vein comes to the surface of your arms ( biceps usually after doing weight workouts ) eg. Wrestlers, bodybuilders where you can see their veins pooping to the surface on their arms. There's nothing wrong with seeing your veins. When you work out, the veins dilate to allow blood (and nutrients) to get there faster, causing them to look and be bigger. It Well, let's put it this way, if there was a chance that popping veins caused internal bleeding and death, I would have been dead by now (it happens to me a lot). |
