Veins ''pop''? |
My mum told me that when your vein comes to the surface of your arms ( biceps usually after doing weight workouts ) eg. Wrestlers, bodybuilders where you can see their veins pooping to the surface on their arms. your veins will adapt to your muscle growth and expand accordingly, this wont happen much in children, and I doubt it could happen in your sleep(you dont even squeeze your muscles in sleep) YOur veins will not pop. go look at any muscular or fit guy, you can see there veins. Don't worry your veins will not pop. It is possible for veins to burst, but it typically happens only to older people with diabetes and other long term illnesses. |
