Red veins in eyes?

I have some minor redness in my eyes. It's not obvious to other people unless I tell them to look for it. The redness looks like clusters of veins and you can see more of it as I look to the extreme left or right, up or down. There are two relatively bigger veins showing in my left eye, but even those aren't noticable from more than a maybe five feet. Nothing looks like its burst or anything. They all look like they originate from where you can't see the outer eyeball.

I have had these for about a year with no other apparent problems, so it can't be conjunctivitis. My eyes aren't dry, no pain, and no visual abnoralities. I haven't even seem to lost any sight from my prescription eyeglasses. I don't wear contacts.

Do eyes naturally have some veins in the white part? I don't really care if this is a purely cosmetic issue, but I would like to know if it could be something more.

Every one has red veins in eyes, with some people they are very apparent,they can caused through being tired or eye strain,as we get older they show more because they tend to block etc ,coughing sneezing can make them show due to the pressure created while coughing.The time to get it looked at is if pain is present or they turn to a red patch as this can mean that a vein has blocked then burst.
The veins drain the blood out of the eye, whilst the retinal arteries are the small pipes that deliver the blood (from the heart) to the retina, shown in red in these diagrams. These arteries deliver the blood to the whole of the retina.

Have you tried to use eye drops(red eye relief)?
and yeah, if you look closey at human eyes, it's not totally WHITE...there are actally small viens..

yep, completely normal, i have the same thing! if u look closely, there are small viens in the white part of ur eyes, it's not completely white!

if it bothers u, Visine (eye drops) helps reduce the redness, and it works really well!

Well, I have red lines on my eyes, and so does everyone I know if you look closely.

I've had that from time to time since I started wearing contacts, and it becomes very noticeable when my eyes are dry or irritated. I agree with whoever suggested eyedrops.

Those would be capillaries and ever single human being has them or else they wouldn't be able to see.

it's normal for that to happen. i have them too...
