What does green colored blood veins that we see at our hand and feet?

i see green colored blood veins at my hands and feet and it's not a lot. it's look like roots and when i'm doing something serious or carefully, the green veins are like appearing like i can touch it.
the same thing's also at the arm but i can only see it.
not everyone has that. people that're fat can't see these veins as well as black people. maybe white skin people can see the green veins better.
I wanna know, does having too see the veins mean anything?

well lighter skinned black people also have them and they can be seen only on certain places like inner arms. it doesn't mean any thing mythical or pathological. its just deoxygenated blood and simply the hemoglobin that carries oxygen around the body is in its reduced state and that gives blood that colour

its normal..they tend to be apear greenishblue cuz they r carrying dirty bloof from organs,limbs to back to heart and then to lungs for cleaning

its just your regular blood veins everyone has them but not all can see them unless they are lighter skinned and i am "fat" and i see them all the time on my hands ,feet and arms just like you do.......it doesn't mean anything.... when you cut you bleed just like the rest of us...
