My veins hurt....they feel shocky like electricity?

This is weird. Sometimes like right now my arms kind of ache, from the veins being over pressurized or something. If I press my finger gently on the long vein that runs from the side of my wrist it kind of feels like a faint electric shock. What is it called? Also I find if I take a sharp pencil or something and lightly run it along the skin of my arms and hands, or on the tops of my feet it feels like ecstasy and totally relaxes me. I can imagine it making my veins feel better and my blood pressure going down, and my nerve endings pulsating and going crazy from the stimulation creating a feeling of nervana. NO I am not taking any drugs. Am I crazy?

If you're not on drugs then no you're probably not crazy. It sounds line Buerger's Disease to me, also known as thromboangiitis obliterans. It effects the Small arteries and veins usually in arms and legs. Sometimes cause pain in muscles because of lack of blood supply. Even if it's not this, you need to go to the ER while it's happening.

DONT KNOW

It all depends, if you have vericouse veins i can understand.Maybe you using your arms to much and their tense?I'm really not sure, maybe its just your mind....or do you have high blood pressure or does your blood slightly clot?
