Can veins get swollen due to stress?

I have a vein in my hand that looks like its going to pop out. Is it posssible that prolonged stress can swell your veins.

Yes. Stress can make your veins pop out. You cant always be stressed out. It will keep making your veins pop out if you are always stressed out. Take some time to youreself to stop being so stressed. If you are always stressed bad things can happen tyo your body. Take time to be alone, take a bath, maybe you could even get a massage. just do things that take care of you. I hope you feel better.
