Veins everywhere?

When you are about like, 12, 13, 14, or some place around that, is it normal for your veins to like, pop out at random times. One day my hand looked fine, and the next day, my vein kinda stuck out. Is it normal? Will it go back to normal, or is it supposed to stick out?

Yes this is normal and healthy. The skin around the back of your hands is thinner than other places and this is why veins appear to be popping out at times. The skin is thinner to allow movement for all the tiny bones in your hands.

this is normal. nothing wrong with that. drink plenty of fluids allows this to happen as well. very normal
