Veins showing on arm.? |
I've recently started working out , actually the day after I started my arms hurt really bad and that's when I noticed the veins (one arm only). After a couple of days, only the arm with the veins showing hurts. Is this bad? My guess is you over did it on your first time. You probably just moved one are t he wrong way. The veins will start to show more the more you work out. Just wait for your arm to heal up then start working out again but take it slowly. Seeing a personal trainer might also be a good idea. You should talk to a doctor. It sounds like an infection. This can be very serious. Ask Angelina Jolie.... just kidding... if you're really worried about it, see your physician... It maybe means that that one particular arm is not used to being worked causing blood to flow to it more to try to help restore it but its normal for veins to show mine do! Yeah, that's bad. See a doctor immediately. question for you, is it on your dominant hand or the other? if it is on the non dominant hand I would say you just overworked those muscles as that arm is probably weaker. Tense muscles will make the veins more apparent and they push outwards against the skin. If the pain is severe go see a doctor, and if it doesn't go away in the next couple days, go see a doctor, other than that you should probably just ease up on the weights |
