as i am just 24, please suggest me the way so that i can not the same problem in future, and no other complication due to vericos veins
is it dangerous desease?

yes your doctor was right in advising not to do walks because it involves standing for a long time - a cause of varicose veins and piles(haemorrhoid) if not treated early.
You can go to a gym and seek alternative exercise to help reduce your weight and a dietician to moderate your diets.
