My veins in my legs are beginning to show too much now that I walk 2 miles a day...Is that normal? |
I'm a thirty year old female who recently started working out (about a month), and I have started to notice that my veins are more visible on my legs. It's beginning to really bother me. They aren't varicose veins so I was wondering why they are popping up. Eat bananas. They are full of potassium which is an important nutrient particularly for somebody who has just started to exercise. improved cirulation and suslce use dthe m2 pop up.. the dwn side 2 bing phyisical fit... being un-actactive... |
