Interesting Veins?

I am a 15 year old male. I exercise and am fit, weighing 130-135 lbs, and am about 5'7". Lately, I have noticed that my veins on my right arm, my dominant arm, have small round lumps. They are not uniformly distributed. My left arm, does not have this.

Along with the small lumps, there is also a pain, when touched. It is similar to a bruise, but slightly sharper pain. The more force applied, the worse it hurts. It also hurts if i exert a considerable amount of force with my right hand.

The lumps come and go. They have been appearing , on and off, for the past 3-4 months. The longest it has remained was about 4-5 consecutive days.

Can it be a form of gas embolism?

My arm is also veiny. But, my veins appear smooth and do not produce this pain.
Thanks.
