Blue veins on breasts. uhh, i'm so scared about this..?

okay i'm 15 years old, completelyyyy virgin, never ever en "fooled around", let alone seen a guy naked, so pregnancy is out the question.. i hope. =[ but i've seen NEW noticeable blue veins on the center of my chest going onto my breasts and into my nipples. I've neverrr everrr noticed these before. like, EVER. I'm so scared, because my chest skin hasn't gotten any paler i don't think because i mean, i wear a swim suit over my boobs, duh, so that part never gets tan. my breasts don't hurt at all or anything, but i'm just scaredd. i swear i've never seen them before. i just turned 15 and ever since i turned 14 i was a 34A so i'm not big at all. i also have seen more blue veins on my thighs than normal. maybe because i'm streeing about this so much it's just al in my head and i'm seeing them me? someone couldn't have like, snuck in my house at night, injected me and raped me? LOL, sorry, i'm just REALLY a paranoid person. =[ any help? :(

my family has a HUGE history of high blood pressure as well.

It's normal, Honey.

It has nothing to do with sexual relations.
The appearance of veins is usually inherited.

injected you and raped you? hardly. did you ever think, that it's normal? are you that paranoid? go to the doctor. he's going to tell you to calm the hell down, and that you are fine.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. You're still growing, so this might be a side effect of that. I'm in my 30's and every now and then I get blue veins on my breasts. They don't hurt or anything.

If you're truly worried, you should see your Dr.

they say that means your goin to have big boobs

It is perfectly normal. Stop worrying. Women with fair skin frequently have visible veins in their breasts. Relax. It's nothing at all.

You're probably just developing. I wouldn't think it was high blood pressure. I wouldn't worry that much about it, but tell your mom. After all she's a girl and we've all been there before. I know your young and all, but PLEASE be CAREFUL about putting things like your bra size on the internet. There are tons of freaks out there. Sorry, it;s just that I've got girls and it's a scary world.

I promise you no one has hurt you or injected you. I understand how scary it must be for you since you haven't noticed them before, but the blue veins are completely normal and very common. I suspect that because you are only 15 years old, your body is still changing from being a girl and now becoming a woman - hence some of the changes you are seeing.

Blue veins are usually more noticable on people who are fair skinned.

If you are concerned about high blood pressure, you can check it for free at a lot of pharmacies. Or next time you see your doctor, have him check it for you. That will put your mind at ease about that.

However, the blue veins are not related to high blood pressure, so hopefullly you can rest better now.

I hope that helped.

I agree, sexuality has nothing to do with it. If you ever are worried about something you find on your body talk to a doctor or a nurse practitioner about it. They can put your mind at ease and tell you whether anything is wrong.

Two clues I found on the site below is that family history (heredity) has alot to do with whether you have "spider veins" and they also can show up in puberty (teen years).

"Are varicose veins and spider veins painful or dangerous?
Spider veins usually do not need medical treatment."

There are lots of good references on this site, and good information too. Check it out.

Im 16, and when I was 12 (when i started to get boobs), I had the same problem. It's either:
-your boobs are growing
-you might be a little dehydrated(veins come to the surface of your skin to cool off too)
-you yourself are growing, so your body might just be changing due to your harmones.
I was a combination of all three, and now most had faded. Dont stress out, its common. If your feeling really self-aware about it, work-out a little more in the sun, you'll get more self-confidence and you will get tanner, so they wont be as noticeable. On your legs anyways. Hope this helped hon!
