Health Vegetarian diet????? |
Huge problem. Need to go on yeast -free diet. But, the problem is everytime I go on a diet I gain weight????? (I am fully aware this is not normal). The more junk I eat the more weight I lose. I can eat 6000 calories a day, and I will lose VISIBLE weight VERY QUICKLY. may b u are not seeing any other couse of weight in ur routine. I fail to see how you can gain weight eating meat, fruit, and vegetables. If you cut out yeast that is about all you can eat. |

Vegetarian is more healthy..low carb is dangerous over time. Just be sure that you eat plenty of beans, tofu and other protein sources and you will be fine. Quorn is a lifesaver for us veggies! It comes in everything! You can get quorn burgers, sausages, chunks, mince, and loads of other stuff! Try to eat plenty of protein, for example beans and cheese... Try seitan. It is made from wheat, not soy. It is about as versatile as tofu.
