Health Vegetarian diet?????

Huge problem. Need to go on yeast -free diet. But, the problem is everytime I go on a diet I gain weight????? (I am fully aware this is not normal). The more junk I eat the more weight I lose. I can eat 6000 calories a day, and I will lose VISIBLE weight VERY QUICKLY.

I am afraid if I go on the yeast-free diet, I will gain weight as I won't be able to eat the normal stuff I am used to. I realize for some reason, I don't react to food like most people, as the more I eat the more weight I lose..

Any suggestions as I really don't want to gain weight but definitely need to stop eating so much sugar and bread all the time. I am not a huge meat eater, but definitely not a vegetarian either. Any suggestions, that if I chose to go on this kind of diet, then how can I avoid gaining weight as I obviously won't be getting my normal calorie intake and I will end up gaining weight (happens everytime I try to watch what I eat). Currently 119, 5'7, but if I go on a diet, I'll be fat??

may b u are not seeing any other couse of weight in ur routine.

If u want loose without bothering abt diet, try yoga

I fail to see how you can gain weight eating meat, fruit, and vegetables. If you cut out yeast that is about all you can eat.
