Vegetarian diet?

I am willing go on a vegetarian diet for 2 months... If i eat only veggies with very low calories and fat... with 2hrs work out a day.. How much will i expect to lose?
I am 23yrs old.. female... height- 158 and weight- 74kgs bout 163pounds or so... Thanks guys!! i appreciate ur time to answer my q.....

No junk food, no carbs.... no sodas.. Just healthy vegetables

i am a vegetarian... but it is not healthy to say that you're just going to eat vegetables.
vegetables have no protein, which is very important

carbs are not bad for you. in fact, it's probably best that you choose either a lowcarb diet or a lowfat diet... but not both. vegetarian diet is a lowfat diet if you do it correctly
whole grains are really important to a healthy diet, because they do have protein in them

you will most likely lose a significant amount of weight... atleast 20 pounds, possibly up to 40

good luck... just make sure you get your nutrients!

I suggest you check out www.bodybuilding.com

And yes, it would help ! Good Luck.

The only thing about vegetarian diets is that youre not getting the nutrients you need that come from meats.

I recommend you eat pulses and grains as well, since a veg-only diet is unbalanced. Bread and potatoes are essential for health. Check out the Vegetarian section here for some good recipes and you may want to stay veggie!
