Vegetarian diet? |
I am willing go on a vegetarian diet for 2 months... If i eat only veggies with very low calories and fat... with 2hrs work out a day.. How much will i expect to lose? No junk food, no carbs.... no sodas.. Just healthy vegetables i am a vegetarian... but it is not healthy to say that you're just going to eat vegetables. I suggest you check out www.bodybuilding.com The only thing about vegetarian diets is that youre not getting the nutrients you need that come from meats. I recommend you eat pulses and grains as well, since a veg-only diet is unbalanced. Bread and potatoes are essential for health. Check out the Vegetarian section here for some good recipes and you may want to stay veggie! |
