Vegetarian diet?!? |
Hi im vegetarian and need to find a balanced diet, can someone please help or recommend a book? The Voluptuous Vegan <--actually a vegan (meat+dairy free book) but has the best info on protiens, etc I have every found and I've been a vege for 20 years. |

I believe any well balance diet is capable of reducing the risk of the conditions you listed above. Just because you are not eating meat doesn't mean you are eating healthier. I know vegetar...
