I am 41 years old lady. My height is 153 cms. weight is 62 kgs. waist is 44 inches. want vegetarian diet and exercises to reduce weight and waist? Eat lots of fruit, so that you are not hungry. vegetable soup, brown bread, dal, 1 apple u r very right in changing ur diet to veg, wise thing. now about ur problems first u should be only on liquids for at lest a week. there would be no problem of getting weak if at all if u feel weak then remember that it would be psychological. eating is required only for the mind but the body can stand without food. within a week u r off of ur problems of fat waist or over weight. if u continue on veg that too limited quantity then u will not face any problem either physical or mental Eat green vegetables & avoid having junk food. don't eat rice, potatoes etc. go for walk daily about half to one kilometer. you would be loose weight within month.
