Vegetarian Diet option high in Protein? |
Im a Vegetarian, and up until very recently had no problem with the lack of susbstantial protein in my diet. However, now that i am trying to lose weight ive found it that the upside to eating meat was that it filled me up in smaller protein rich portions. BESIDES soy, can anyone give me ideas as to what to eat to fill me up without eating meat? Thank you for the answers... Try seitan. It is made from wheat, not soy. It is about as versatile as tofu.
