Vegetarian DIET PLAN?


I need someone to write me a vegetarian diet plan so that i can lose roughly 5 kilos per week (or more)
I'd also love a fitness plan that i can stick to that will give me maximum benifits- i want to be really toned and thin- NOT MUSCULAR.
If anyone can help me that would be great!!!
