What is a good heathly vegetarian diet? |
Someone suggested to me a low carb diet but according to that you are supposed to eat a lot of meat and cheese. I dont do meat. and on most low carb diets, soy products are not allowed. I need to loose about 45-65 pounds, and i need a healthy vegetarian way to do it. I think you should take a registered dietitian advice. They are the right people to guide your nutrition.
