7-9% body fat. - Vegetarian Diet?

I want to achieve this goal.
Currently i'm 17% body fat.
I do 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week.

I weight 116 pounds.
Someone give me a diet plan so I can achieve this goal.
I can eat ANYTHING.
As long as it's not meat.

I know i'm not fat.
My goal is to be toned.
I'm only 5' 3"

7% to 9% body fat and you would be dying...sorry, even Lance Armstrong during trainings body fat is about 12%...sounds to me like you are too thin with no muscle mass....your body fat is already low.....

ok how tall are you and why would you want to lose more weight if youre 116 lbs already? and if you dont eat meat you need to get your protein and iron from somewhere.also if youre vegetarian you might need to cut out any sodas, junk foods, cheeses, salad dressings(like mayo, ranch, miracle whip, etc) and obviously you must think youre fat because there arent many people out there who are fat who have such a low percentage of body fat. in fact probably no one. I think you just need to watch what you eat and drink plenty of water and be happy with yourself
