Green leafy vegetables, fruit and a good variety of other vegetables will improve the immune system but there seems a lot more to your problem that just a weak immunity. It would have been useful to know the count as well as the differential count (there are several types of white blood cells) and these would be significant in giving better advice. I am a physician and literally you have asked a big question and given me nothing to formulate a guess.

Why did you not ask the doctor how to increase WBC.
Ask a Diatician,he will guide you.

Take a lot of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits esp. pomegranates, carrots, beetroot. Also try taking boiled eggs often. That will help u retain ur immunity levels high. Also take green grams and pulses.

have lot green leaf veg, beet root, anjeer dry fruit with milk.
