What health problems could i ex[ect from a vegetarian diet, high in sugar and caffeine?


i seem to have a strong sugar addiction and caffeine. i am a strict vegetarian, but i worry about the long term effects on my health! i eat a lot of soy and peanut butter,take a multivitamin.

It is bad for your nervous system. Anything to excess is bad. Try half calf coffee and stevia as a natural sweetner. Stevia does not raise your blood sugar. Try a natural vitamin as well synthetic vitamins dont have all the nutritional layers.

Diabetes!!!!!!
high cholesterol (soy & peanut oil)

You could end up with an anxiety disorder like me.

Jitters

Rotten teeth

lack of protein, important vitamins (including vitamin c, which helps your immune system, so you can end up getting sick easyer), dibetes, have high energy levels and then crash leaving your tired a lot, which would then lead to wierd sleeping habbits...that then lead to lack of drive to get exercise. what a bummer...
