Does the vegetarian diet really help lose weight? don't you need meat to build muscle? |
thanks! Changing your diet to vegetarian doesn't necessary mean you'll lose weight. Vegetarian doesn't always mean low fat, low calorie, or low carb.There is bad in every diet, it depends on how you eat and cook. only be a veggie is you have to, ( as in dont like meat) dont do it to lose weight. simple... eat right and exercise, its not magic! but it def works! you dont need meat to build muscles, you need protein, vegetarian's get protein from nuts and stuff. |
