Vegetarian diet 2 weeks what vitamins and food for protein?

what are some food other than meat for protein

and

any vitamins that I should take. what are the main ones, and what are they for.

Example Vitamin B6(contributes to protein & energy) or One Aday multivitamin

To get complete protein you need to combine the incomplete protein in bread, cereals, muesli and pasta with the incomplete protein in beans, peas and lentils.

If you are a vegan then calcium could be a problem. Iron could be a problem as well.

If you are a lacto-ovo vegetarian and you consume dairy products and eggs then complete protein would not be a problem and neither would calcium be a problem.

Extra vitamin C helps to absorb more iron. There is plenty of iron in nuts and also a bit in bread and cereals. The protein in nuts is generally incomplete although almonds do contain some complete protein. The incomplete protein in peanuts and peanut butter can be combined with bread to make complete protein.

Soy milk contains some complete protein but it is better to have it with cereal.

milk 18+% protein per cup. drink FAT FREE. YAY. unless ur vegan... i take flinstones even though they're for kids. i suggest vitaminB by nature made. and calcium, mag, zinc.

Well I feel your pain if you're a vegitarian and need your protein. I'm a vegitarian too so the way I get my protein is from protein bars. It really helps! Another great source of protein is peanut butter. I buy Naturally More which as 10g of protein and has fewer fat g than any other peanut butter I know of. Morningstar veggie products also has a lot of protein in their entrees. I hope this helps!
