what are some food other than meat for protein To get complete protein you need to combine the incomplete protein in bread, cereals, muesli and pasta with the incomplete protein in beans, peas and lentils. milk 18+% protein per cup. drink FAT FREE. YAY. unless ur vegan... i take flinstones even though they're for kids. i suggest vitaminB by nature made. and calcium, mag, zinc. Well I feel your pain if you're a vegitarian and need your protein. I'm a vegitarian too so the way I get my protein is from protein bars. It really helps! Another great source of protein is peanut butter. I buy Naturally More which as 10g of protein and has fewer fat g than any other peanut butter I know of. Morningstar veggie products also has a lot of protein in their entrees. I hope this helps! |
