What is the best vegetarian diet to increase fat on my body, i'm 1.73 mts and 65 kgs.? doll and coconut,milk,ghee, all oily items potatoes Mashed potatos,sweet potatos,raddish,and fruit juices. people don't do metric in here ;) I dont know how much that is, but ill assume Whole grains like whole what pasta and bread. |
