Good vegan diet?

Does anybody know of any good vegan and all natural diets hat I can follow. I want to be healthier look healthier and stop eating meats all together. Does anybody have a step by step diet that i coud follow?

Being vegan takes a lot of dedication. You can't have any animal byproduct. Not cheese, not eggs, nothing. You might want to start first just cutting out red meat, then once you're used to that, cut out poultry and pork. Then cut out fish (although I wouldn't recommend that) and eggs. You get my drift? But, as your slowly cutting these foods out, you really need to do a lot of research on how to make up for the lost nutrients by eating other things. For example, meat supplies a lot of protein, iron, B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, etc. that your body really needs. In order to make up for these losses, you sometimes have to take a supplement. So, really know what you're getting into so you can do it the smart and healthy way.
