Primarily vegan diet, what vitamins should I be taking? |
I eat a primarily (occasional dairy) vegan diet. What vitamins should I be taking? I'm a 19 year old male, and I currently take flax seed oil, a b vitamin complex and a multivitamin. Anything else I should be taking? I'm very thin, and while I don't see the issue in that, something I could take to perhaps gain some weight (naturally) wouldn't hurt. Thanks. I've been vegan since conception and I've never had to take any vitamins... : ) since you ocasionally have dairy you obviously dont have a moral or religous stand against animal products or labor..why dont you just be a lacto vegitarian. |
