Vegan diet- want to lose 10 lbs by june!?

-i want to loose 10 lbs before June...!
-i am a vegan (have been for my whole life)
-go to boarding school and have gained the "freshman fifteen"
-need to fit into my clothes (i cant afford new ones)
-i want to get this done as fast as possible
-i am willing to wake up early and excercise
-i have a natually slow metabolism (i always have)
-please help me!

Always remember to drink plenty of water, as it can help boost metabolism rates. Have a balanced mix of strength training and cardio exercises. After all, when muscles are gained through strength training, more calories can be burned throughout the day. Goodluck!

obviously, since your a vegan staing away from fatning hamburger will be VERY easy...lol..two things are very important in diet: food and exercise

For food some great things, are obviously fruit and veggies, but other snack foods are good such as rice cakes and granola bars.

For exercise walking is a excellent way to trim body fat. Walking 30-45 minutes a day is amazing for weight loss. Another great thing is running, the eliptical, and especially bike-riding.

I WISH YOU GREAT LUCK IN YOUR DIET!! I'M HOPING FOR THE BEST!!!

myvega.com has some products you may be interested in. Ive tried the Vega protein powder myself, and it is full of great vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, protein and fats which you may be missing. Its pricey but worth the expense considering its 100% plant sourced.

well first you need to eat healthy and sleep regular (that is very important). Once you have done that, then you can start by running 20-30 min each day or do a constant exercise. If you see no improvement after 12 days then I suggest going to the gym. it is very easy to stay focused there and also if you need a personal trainer it is very easy to get one. You should for sure lose 10 pounds by then, Mix it up make losing weight interesting, exercising can be fun!. try it out for your self.

Eating animal fats and proteins has been associated with heart disease, colon and lung cancer, osteoporosis, diabetes, kidney disease, hypertension, obesity, and various other degenerative diseases. . Cows' milk has perfect quantity of fat and protein for young calves, but quite a lot for humans. But research carried out on vegans worldwide shows a diverse plant-based diet improves health and wellness and yields various positive health benefits. It offers protection against major killers like heart disease and cancer.
