How much of an impact does being a vegan have on your teeth? Healthy vegan diet is OK. Junk food & candy & soda pop vegan diet is not OK. It is very easy for a vegan diet to meet the recommendations for protein, as long as calorie intake is adequte. Strict protein combining is not necessary; it is more important to eat a varied diet throughout the day. There is no such thing as a healthy vegan diet. Human beings need meat to live and be healthy. If you are not eating meat, you are denying your body of healthy nutrients that it needs. No vegetable or pill or vitamin can make up for it. |

Personally for me I'm not a vegan however I've seen & heard of vegans that have been vegans all their lives die from cancer. So that tells me even the vegan diet's no good in the...
