I'm thinking of doing a low fat, vegan diet. Any advice? |
I need to lose weight, generally, and specifically for a holiday next month. A vegan diet can help, certainly, but remember that the best and safest way to lose weight is gradually. If you lose fast, you tend to gain it back just as fast, with interest. A pound or so a week is plenty, give your body a chance to adjust. And after your holiday- Are you going to start pigging out again? Are you wasting our time? If not, don't try Vegan, try eating less but it's probably too late if you're off in a month. DON'T If vegan, add 1 avocado, beans, peas, lentils, pumpkin, broccoli & mushroom, as well as oranges.
