How fast can weight be lost on a raw vegan diet? |
I am currently a vegetarian (ovo-lacto), who just switched to a raw vegan diet (all vegetables and fruit, some tofu, very little grains, some beans). I would like to lose 20 lbs in the next 2 months or so. (Actually, I am looking to reduce my measurements more than the weight- right now my hips are 41" and I'd like them to be 35").
