How fast can weight be lost on a raw vegan diet?


I am currently a vegetarian (ovo-lacto), who just switched to a raw vegan diet (all vegetables and fruit, some tofu, very little grains, some beans). I would like to lose 20 lbs in the next 2 months or so. (Actually, I am looking to reduce my measurements more than the weight- right now my hips are 41" and I'd like them to be 35").

Does anyone have any stories about losing weight on a raw vegan diet? How quickly did you lose weight? I'm very self disciplined, so I know I won't cheat...
