I'm vegan but I want to diet. Please help me diet within my vegan diet!!!? |
I need to know the kinds of foods I should be eating. I tend to eat a lot of carbohydrates, and then feel really really tired. Today I already ate past 1200 calories and it's only 12:00. Please help! Don't try to convert me, it's just a waste of time. I wouldn't waste my time trying to convert you.... Maybe the below page can help you. It lists links for those wanting to pursue a vegetarian diet. I do see this is your question but DAMN! You don't eat anything as it is, that should be diet enough unless you are paper thin and still have an eating disorder! Try eating STEAK! That should help. |
