Starving with vegan diet??? |
I'm a new vegan...what am I doing wrong? Sounds as if you are not getting enough protien in your diet. I was never a vegan but a pretty strick vegetarian, but I was the kind that ate eggs and drank milk. Protien is what keeps you full so if you are hungry all the time try eating more protien. More bocas and there are other non meat products out there. Also eat more meals, more often during the day and eat plenty of nuts, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds any type and peanut butter is pretty filling. If you have one, go to an ABC adventist book center and they will be able to educate you on what to eat and they have lots of vegan food. eat normal. ive never understood why someone would eat vegan. were omnivores! check dis out |
