a vegan diet is very healthy. it makes it easier to go regularly and it can help you lose weight faster because your body doesnt have to work as hard to digest vegatables as it does meat. you'll feel lighter and better.

YEA!!!! IF you dont mind having to take high-protein supplements alot after the first 2 weeks

The only bad part of vegans are when they try to force their way of life upon others. If you mind your own business, you'll be ok.
