is it really? It can be. You just have to be careful to eat the right combinations to give you the vitamins and minerals you need. Also, you need to make sure you are getting enough calories. But, I guess that is true in any diet. Of course, it's the best thing you can do. YES! It is the BEST thing you can do for youself, and it's a fact that Vegans live longer, and healthier life than meat eaters. Yes it is. If you are thinking of changing your diet, go vegetarian first. Vegan is no animal products at all......milk, eggs,cheese etc. You are more likely to stick to a meatless diet if you do it gradually. I don't know how old you are, but at 58 I had no big problems with menopause (only 3 memorable hot flashes) and take no HRT. YEAH TOFU!!!! Plant protein is easier to digest and after a while I'd feel bloated and draggy when I ate meat. |
