Why is a vegan diet help u lose more weight than a normal diet?

It won't.
They will have a leg up, because they won't be eating fatty steaks and butter with every meal, but you can eat too many beans and white pasta on a vegan diet as much as on any diet.

If you are interested in losing weight, then keep track of how many calories you are consuming. If you think that you will be able to lose weight by removing all the animal products from you diet, then go for it (just make sure you get enough iron and protein from vegetable sources). Just be careful to make sure that you are not replacing them with higher calorie options.

Fat just isn't found in meat flesh... fat is in olive oil, seed vegetables and beans - look out, and make sure you eat these in moderation.

Meat is sold by the pound so they put hormones in them to fatten them up. Those hormones fatten you up if you eat that meat. If you eat lots of bread and pasta that can fatten you up, but a healthy vegan diet has lots of fruits and vegetables. i think its easier to lose weight with a vegan diet. but its not guarenteed. you could live off of pasta, soda, chips, french fries, vegan candies and desserts. or you could eat healthy: lots of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, coldpressed oils, raw nuts and seeds, raw honey, nut milks, etc.
