Why is a vegan diet help u lose more weight than a normal diet? It won't. Because vegans don't eat fat, no meat, no butter all they eat is fruit and veges Meat is sold by the pound so they put hormones in them to fatten them up. Those hormones fatten you up if you eat that meat. If you eat lots of bread and pasta that can fatten you up, but a healthy vegan diet has lots of fruits and vegetables. See site below for more on eating a diet that helps you lose weight and be healthy. i think its easier to lose weight with a vegan diet. but its not guarenteed. you could live off of pasta, soda, chips, french fries, vegan candies and desserts. or you could eat healthy: lots of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, coldpressed oils, raw nuts and seeds, raw honey, nut milks, etc. |
