Does this sound like a good Vegan diet?


sample menu:

breakfast: fruit blended with soy milk, flaxseed, and lecithin
lunch: salad with homemade fruit dressing, spinach wrap loaded with veggies and hummus
snack: soy yogurt, fruit, nuts
dinner: large salad, veggies, soy beans, fruit dressing

Try this instead (It'll be better for your stomach):
Breakfast: Corn flakes cereal with soy milk, and 1-2 fruits.
Lunch: Potato, salad with extra vigin olive oil (cucumber, tomato).
Dinner: Rice with nuts and vegetable curry.

Looks like but then depends on what kind of work you? It will also depend how old are you and what sex. The nutritional needs vary with age, sex and type of activity. The vegan food must have lot of variety to give you all the thinks you need for your body to work properly.

Sounds good but i would definitly be adding some pasta of some sort. Eating too much veggies and fruit can cause many washroom trips, and you don't want to lose your vitamins from that... good luck
