I have to do a report on pros and cons on either a vegan diet or a perricone diet? |
i have researched these types of diets and I had no luck, is there anything else on the pros and cons on these diets? vegan is a life style not a diet. vegan is a very tedious and interest bearing diet. vegetarianism is better. but do read up on both. it is way hard to maintain a vegan diet with all this mass produced crap with chemicals to preserve the foods. watch out some so called vegan packaged stuff may not be! Report It in addition you must maintain moderation in all foods. vegan is just the same remember caloric intake happens in the same way with all diets it's the calories, the more you take in the bigger you get. but never go less than 1200 a day! Report It what's a perricone diet? a vegan diet tho is less healthy than an all meant diet A vegan diet is generally very unhealthy. In fact, it's impossible to sustain such a diet in a healthy way without the use of supplements. Any diet that REQUIRES supplements in order to be healthy is not a healthy diet, IMO. |
