What is the best form of protein for a vegan diet? red meat... no one should ever be a vegan, ever ever ever. Have you ever seen a healthy looking vegan? hell no. They all look like extras from night of the living dead. They are almost see through. I love animals as much as anyone, but I love them more on a sandwich. Don't ever tell someone they "should" do something, it's not your right to tell others what to do. soy protein Soya. Also if you combine beans and brown bread, the kind of protein you ll get is the same as in meat. soy Beans and rice is complete when taken together. I hope your doing a vegan diet for religous purposes and not because you are being a "vegan", but anyway, the answer is BEANS. Tufu is excellent. Also, brown rice and beans. I use whole grain wheat and grind it myself and use it in all my cooking; bread, casseroles, cereals, and desserts. But, be CAREFUL, start out using half and half; white flour and whole wheat and gradually add more whole wheat. I hope this helps you. I also love peanut butter and fresh apples...YUMMY!! Milk and curd are the best Please don't take advice from amateurs when your health is concerned. Consult your doctor! My jury still out on this one. Thoroughly investigate whey and soy protein. |
