Can you maintain a healthy body weight on a vegan diet? It would be difficult as you would be missing essential fats and proteins. You can gain weight if you want. You can if you make sure you are still getting protien yes you can , my daughter is a vegan. but she also takes vitamins regullaly and goes to the gym when she gets time. Please don't take advice from amateurs when your health is concerned. Consult your doctor! |
